Seward Fishing is a family owned business. We cater to clients for Fishing, Sightseeing, Whale watching, Wildlife Viewing, and Special Events. We strive to make your Alaska Ocean trip a fantastic and wonderful adventure. The Whittier area is one of the most beautiful locations in the world. Additionally we feel that Whittier is absolutely one of the still undiscovered Wonders of Alaska. Before starting Whittier Charters, we searched all over Alaska for the best and most beautiful place and we found Whittier and were immediately sold.
Fishing in Prince William Sound is not just beautiful but abundant in many types of quality fish. We fish for Halibut, Salmon, Salmon Shark, Lingcod, and Rock Fish. hen available we will place Shrimp Traps out to enhance your catch. As a subtle reminder we wont guarantee catching any fish, however we will do our best. We typically host 10-12 hr fishing charters; however, shorter Charters can be arranged pending if Salmon is in the near waters. Typically we will go out anywhere from 1.5 hours to 3 hours out as that is where the fishing gets good. Be prepared to enjoy (pending on the weather) glaciers, Sea Otters, Seals, and Whales.
Our boat can take up to six people with plenty of space for all to fish.
